TQIP Annual Scientific Meeting and Training

ACS TQIP 10th Annual Scientific Meeting and Training Will Be Virtual!

December 7–10, 2020

Please mark your calendars for the 2020 Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) Scientific Meeting and Training, which will be held on December 7–10, as a virtual event.

Although the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic means we won’t have the opportunity to meet in Phoenix, we have an exciting conference planned to commemorate TQIP’s 10th anniversary with a range of content focusing on performance improvement, best practices, new trauma standards, team building and more. There will be new material for all participants, whether you are a new TQIP center or want to expand your skills to better serve your patients.

Moving to a virtual conference wasn’t an easy decision to make, but your health, safety, and welfare are of the utmost importance to us as forecasts suggest that there may still be community transmission of COVID-19 at least to the end of this year; many of us are uncomfortable travelling or gathering in large groups; and many of our participants are subject to travel restrictions. A virtual TQIP meeting will ensure broad participation for all who want to attend.

As we move forward with planning the 2020 TQIP Scientific Meeting and Training Virtual event, we’re enthusiastic about the possibilities that are available to us to present the conference in this new format, and we’re certain the presentations will benefit attendees.
