The ACS Foundation raises money for surgical research, scholarships, fellowships, and philanthropic programs. It was established in 2005 and offers a wide spectrum of funding opportunities for ACS members and others to help ensure the highest level of care for the surgical patient.

ACS Foundation Supports Excelsior Surgical Society at 80 Years

The Excelsior Surgical Society celebrated 80 years of military surgical excellence with a historic gathering in Rome, honoring its legacy and contributions to trauma and combat care. The meeting was made possible in part by donations to the ACS Foundation from ESS members, including a capstone gift from an anonymous donor.
