2023 TQIP Annual Conference Registration Information

Registration is now open for the 2023 TQIP Annual Conference!

Annual Conference Fees

Note: Centers that are fully enrolled in both Adult and Pediatric TQIP will receive two (2) additional complimentary registrations to the conference for a total of four (4) complimentary registrations.
In-Person Registration includes entrance to the in-person conference sessions, all general meals and networking events, and access to the on-demand content.
On-Demand Registration includes access to recordings of all general and breakout sessions at the conference. On-Demand access to conference content will be available in mid-January 2024.

Enrollment Deadline for New TQIP Centers

Facilities that are fully enrolled in Adult, Pediatric, or Level III TQIP by November 1, 2023, will receive two (2) complimentary registrations to the conference. Those that are fully enrolled in both Adult and Pediatric TQIP will receive two (2) additional complimentary registrations to the conference for a total of four (4) complimentary registrations.

Registration Details

Cancelation Policy

All conference participants must notify ACS Registration Services at registration@facs.org to cancel their conference and event registration. The ACS TQIP Administrative fee of $75 is non-refundable for all attendees. Attendees whose conference and event payments exceed the $75 administrative fee will be issued a full refund of their remaining fee balances if cancelation is requested prior to 11:59pm CT on Friday, November 10, 2023.

Attendees who cancel after Friday, November 10, 2023 will not be issued a refund for any portion of their conference and event registration payments.

Substitutions: Substitutions (within the same registration type) for the TQIP Annual Conference may be made at any time and will not incur a processing fee. To ensure a badge will be available for the substitute, please notify us of the change by emailing us at registration@facs.org.
