Registration Information

Registration will open in late Summer of 2026!

Note: Centers that are fully enrolled in both Adult and Pediatric TQIP will receive two additional complimentary registrations to the conference for a total of four complimentary registrations.  

In-Person Registration & On-Site includes entrance to the in-person conference sessions, all general meals and networking events, and access to the on-demand content.

On-Demand Registration includes access to recordings of all general and breakout sessions at the conference.

On-Demand access to conference content will be available in January 2027.

Enrollment Deadline for New TQIP Centers

Facilities that are fully enrolled in Adult, Pediatric, or Level III TQIP by Thursday October 1, 2026, will receive two complimentary registrations to the conference. Those that are fully enrolled in both Adult and Pediatric TQIP will receive two additional complimentary registrations to the conference for a total of four complimentary registrations.

  • Thursday, November 12 | 2:00-6:00 pm
  • Friday, November 13 | 7:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Saturday, November 14 | 7:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Sunday, November 15 | 7:00-10:30 am

Cancelation Policy

All conference participants must notify ACS Registration Services (registration@facs.org) to cancel their registration. Registrants will be issued a refund of registration fees paid if registration cancelation is requested prior to 11:59 pm CT on Friday, October 23, 2026. Cancelation requests received after Friday, October 23, will not be eligible for a refund.
