TQIP Annual Conference

Speaker Resources

Thank you for preparing a presentation for the 2023 ACS TQIP Annual Conference, December 1–3 in Louisville, KY.

Speakers are required to submit their presentation on-site in the Speaker Ready Room at least four (4) hours prior to session start time. Presentation files cannot be submitted in the session rooms. 

Please log in to the Speaker Portal below to access the TQIP PowerPoint Template and complete your required speaker tasks. All speaker tasks must be completed by November 10.

Speaker Ready Room

The Speaker Ready Room will be in room TBD at the Kentucky International Convention Center, and open during the following times:

  • Thursday, November 30, 2:00 pm–7:00 pm
  • Friday, December 1, 7:30 am–5:00 pm
  • Saturday, December 2, 7:30 am–5:00 pm
  • Sunday, December 3, 7:30 am–10:30 am
