This week, ACS launched a revitalized website at facs.org that provides an improved, easy-to-use experience for surgeons, medical professionals, and patients. It offers enhanced capabilities, intuitive navigation, and a refreshed style—all to bring the richest and most helpful experience to our users.
The ACS worked closely with members, staff, and web design experts to shape a modern new website, which offers a much-improved search and native navigation experience that will take you right to the content you want, when you want it. Surgeons of all career levels, members and nonmembers, and patients have different needs when using the ACS website, and the dynamic images, sharper headlines, and clearer language will help direct users where they need to go.
The launch of the renewed website also marks the premiere of the new College branding, which uses colors and design elements to build upon the ACS legacy of skill and trust, while also providing a consistent, unified style for all ACS programs. This unification of College programs integrates with other efforts to advance surgery, expand membership, and train a new generation of leaders.
