What You Need to Know About the ACS Quality Verification Program (ACS QVP)

This session shows why implementing the 12 ACS QVP standards is essential for improving care and how it can help you lead a large-scale transformation to improve care for all surgical patients at your hospital. Panelists include Chelsea F. Cardell, MD, MS, James W. Fleshman Jr., MD, FACS, FASCRS, and Robert J. Winchell, MD, FACS.

Leadership Pearls

This dynamic group speaks about why leadership is important, shares leadership decisions and approach techniques, and offers tips and tactics for getting what is needed for patient care.
