The position offers the opportunity for a breast-only practice. General surgery call will not be required, and 24-hour surgical advice nursing coverage supports the surgeons.

Carilion Clinic, a physician-led, multispecialty clinic located in Roanoke, VA, is searching for a BE/BC fellowship trained breast surgeon to join the division, currently with two breast surgeons. Carilion seeks a third surgeon to care for patients in the outpatient office along with additional OR responsibilities primarily at Carilion Medical Center, a 700+ bed academic/tertiary referral center with Level 1 Trauma Center that serves 1 million people throughout Southwest Virginia. There is active involvement with the residents of our GME programs and medical students at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine (VTCSOM).
