Schedule a Consultation

To schedule a consultation, please contact the trauma system consultation office by phone at 312-202-5599 or by e-mail at traumasystems@facs.org. The Program Administrator will provide information on initial steps for planning a consultation and will work with states/regions to secure best available consultation dates.
