Last week, the ACS recognized 77 hospitals in the adult ACS National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP®) for meritorious surgical patient outcomes in 2025.

ACS NSQIP evaluates risk-adjusted outcomes in eight clinical areas. Participating hospitals can use the results to guide patient safety and quality improvement efforts.

“Our hospitals are committed to providing high-quality care by participating in ACS NSQIP and using that data to inform their quality improvement efforts. We are particularly proud of these meritorious hospitals for going above and beyond by achieving optimal patient outcomes in a measurable, verifiable way,” said Clifford Ko, MD, MS, MSHS, FACS, FASCRS, Senior Vice President of the ACS Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care.
