Registration Information

Registration is open to all physicians and individuals in the healthcare field and includes entrance to the exhibits and all sessions*, other than ticketed sessions, which include Didactic and Surgical Skills Courses, Meet-the Expert sessions ($35), and other special interest sessions and engagement events.

*The following sessions are included with your registration for the in-person Clinical Congress and are not ticketed:

  • Named Lectures
  • Panel Sessions

  • Scientific Forum
  • Video-Based Education Sessions

Registering for these sessions does not guarantee seating, which is provided on a first-come, first-served basis until the meeting room is full. Registering for the in-person meeting includes access to all virtual content.

In-person attendees are able to experience the onsite program at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and may also register for Didactic and Surgical Skills Courses if availability permits. They also will have access to the livestreamed Convocation, as well as all on-demand recordings, which will be available within a few hours after being presented.

Virtual attendees will have access to selected on-demand content.

All attendees have the opportunity to claim more than 200 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, earn self-assessment credits, and meet other regulatory requirements.
