How to Register

All attendees must have an ACS ID to register for Clinical Congress.

If you already have an ACS ID, select the appropriate option below and enter your username and password.

If you do not have an ACS ID, select “I need to create an ACS ID.” You will be guided through the steps to create your ID and then complete your Congress registration. Your new ACS username will be your email address.

Please note that creating an ID does not indicate membership.

Attendees must be members of the American College of Surgeons at the time of registration to receive the member rate. International registration rates: Country income status is determined using World Bank classifications. Resident and Medical Student registration: A nonmember Resident or Medical Student registering for Clinical Congress will be granted automatic membership in the American College of Surgeons. Application fees will be waived when appropriate documentation verifying Resident or Medical Student status is provided.

Earn CME and CE Credit

Virtual attendees can earn up to 141.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for eligible on-demand Clinical Congress content.

To receive credit, complete the Clinical Congress Global Evaluation and claiming process by February 22, 2027.

I just created a new ACS ID. How do I login?

If you just created your account, your username is your email address, and your password is the one you created when setting up your account. If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot my password” on the login screen to receive a link to reset it.

I did not receive a confirmation. Am I registered?

Please contact us at clinconreg@facs.org to confirm your registration.

How can I update or change my registration information?

If you would like to update your registration or add more optional events, please click “Already Registered?” in the upper corner of the registration site. You will need to enter your email and confirmation number. You may also click the “Modify my Registration” button in the confirmation email.

Can I register if I’m not a member of the ACS?

Yes, registration is open to all physicians and individuals in the healthcare field.

Can I register as a non-member for the meeting now and become a member later? If so, can I receive a refund for the difference in registration fees?

Non-members who indicate during the registration process their intent to apply for membership, and who submit a completed membership application within 30 days of registering, will be eligible to receive a refund of the difference between the applicable non-member and member registration rates.

What does virtual registration include?

Virtual registration provides access to select on-demand Clinical Congress 2026 content through the Meeting Platform and opportunities to earn available CME and CE credit for eligible education.

Policies

We issued registration refunds for written requests postmarked no later than 11:59 pm CT on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. A $50 handling fee will be retained for all refunds. Cancelations and registrations sent after the deadline will not be eligible for refunds. Cancelations and registrations postmarked after the deadline will not be eligible for refunds. Please send a written request to Registration Services via email at clinconreg@facs.org or by fax to 312-202-5003.

The American College of Surgeons reserves the right to cancel any regularly scheduled session prior to the start of the meeting and will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancelation.

Substitutions

Conference attendee substitution from one attendee to another is not permitted.
