Apply today for media credentials to cover the ACS Clinical Congress 2024—one of the largest international meetings of surgeons in the world. This year’s Clinical Congress will convene October 19–22 in San Francisco, California, and will be a hybrid event (held onsite and virtually). For the first time this year, the Clinical Congress will shift to a Saturday-Tuesday schedule.

As a premier medical conference attracting surgeons from across the globe, Clinical Congress is one of the world’s largest educational meetings for surgeons, bringing together world-renowned experts in clinical practice, as well as leaders in surgical education, research, and technology.

All credentialed journalists approved to cover the conference—in-person or virtually—will receive access to the official Clinical Congress media kit and access to the Scientific Forum abstracts shortly before the conference begins.

Location and Hotel Accommodations

The Hilton San Francisco will serve as the headquarters hotel for the meeting and the Moscone Center will house the majority of the conference presentations, such as the named lectures, scientific and plenary sessions, and the exhibit hall, where companies display the latest in surgical technology and other products and services. Hotel accommodations can be reserved online.

Virtual Content

In-person and virtual attendees will have access to on-demand content—including Panel Sessions, Named Lectures, and Special Sessions—and may also email pressinquiry@facs.org to schedule interviews with surgeons.
