Note: Centers that are fully enrolled in both Adult and Pediatric TQIP will receive two (2) additional complimentary registrations to the conference for a total of four (4) complimentary registrations. 

In-Person Registration includes entrance to the in-person conference sessions, all general meals and networking events, and access to the on-demand content.

On-Demand Registration includes access to recordings of all general and breakout sessions at the conference.

On-Demand access to conference content will be available in early January 2026.

Enrollment Deadline for New TQIP Centers

Facilities that are fully enrolled in Adult, Pediatric, or Level III TQIP by Wednesday, October 1, 2025, will receive two (2) complimentary registrations to the conference. Those that are fully enrolled in both Adult and Pediatric TQIP will receive two (2) additional complimentary registrations to the conference for a total of four (4) complimentary registrations.

  • Saturday, November 8 | 7:00 am–5:00 pm
  • Sunday, November 9 | 7:00 am–5:00 pm
  • Monday, November 10 | 7:00–10:30 am

Cancelation Policy

All conference participants must notify ACS Registration Services (registration@facs.org) to cancel their registration.

Registrants will be issued a refund of registration fees paid if registration cancelation is requested prior to 11:59 pm CT on Friday, October 17, 2025. Cancelation requests received after Friday, October 17, will not be eligible for a refund.
