The cut-off date to receive the special group rate is Thursday, October 24, 2024. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block fills, will be based on space and rate availability.

Cancelation: Reservation cancelations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the Scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancelation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Fee

Checking out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in of any changes to your departure plans.

 ** Please note that a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit cards will only be charged in case of a late cancelation or no-show.
