The Annual Call for Data will begin April 1 and end June 1, 2026. During this Call, we will collect Admission Year 2025 Data.
We are excited to continue providing our Annual Call for Data participants with access to our enhanced data validation tools available on the Trauma Quality Programs (TQP) Data Center after your data is submitted.
Participants must complete the Annual Call for Data enrollment steps before they gain access to the Data Center.
To enroll in the 2026 Annual Call for Data, please follow the appropriate steps below depending on if you are a previous or new participant:
1. Previous Participants: Go to the TQP Participant Hub and click on the QPort button. Your login credentials have not changed. If you have forgotten your username and password, retrieve it now. Once logged in, click the “Program Enrollment” section. For *Desired Program Participation, select “Annual Call for Data” from the drop-down menu and click ‘Submit.’
New Participants: Submit an online application by clicking "Join a Program" located on the TQP Participant Hub. If you need assistance, please refer to the Apply for an ACS Trauma Quality Program as a New Site resource guide.
2. Once your application has been approved by ACS staff, log on to QPort and complete your Site Profile. If you are a participant, please review and update (if applicable) your Site Profile.
3. Sign the HIPAA BAA/DUA, if not previously completed. To request a copy of the College-wide HIPAA Business Associate Agreement-Data Use Agreement (BAA/DUA), please email traumaquality@facs.org.
4. Pay the Annual Call for Data invoice.

After all the steps listed above are complete, you will be granted access to the TQP Data Center and will be able to submit 2025 data. For information on how to submit data or navigate the Data Center, please review the Data Center Resources section on the TQP Participant Hub.
The NTDB Benchmark Report Tool for the 2025 Admission Year Data will be made available on the Data Center to participating facilities in Summer 2026.
