Applying for Membership? You’ll Need an ACS Account
You will be directed to a login page when you click Apply for Medical Student Membership, and asked for an ACS username and password. You may have received an ACS username through prior engagement with the ACS, such as past membership or participation in CME or other events. If you are unsure of your ACS username, click Forgot Username. If you do not have an ACS username, click New User to create an account. If you need to reset your password, click on Forgot Password.

Medical Student Membership is available to students currently enrolled in an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school in the United States, Canada, and international countries.
Complete the online application for Medical Student membership. If you created a log in from a prior purchase, use your log in to access the application. Otherwise you will need to create a log in.

Annual dues are not required.
Membership expires upon graduation from medical school at which time you can upgrade to Resident Membership for FREE if you are entering a surgical residency.
