The ACS Accredited Education Institutes (ACS AEI) program call for abstracts for the Annual ACS Surgical Simulation Summit, March 2-4, 2023, in Chicago, IL, closes 12:00 noon CT on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

The ACS-AEI program has expanded its abstract opportunities again this year for presentations of research in simulation-based surgical education, or implementation of innovative simulation-based surgical education methods. Categories include AEI Fellow, Innovation, Interprofessional Education (formerly Collaborative Works), MORE Track, Original Paper, and Team Wellness (a new category).

These abstracts will highlight the best simulation education and training research in the field. Anyone involved in simulation-based education or surgical simulation-based training is encouraged to submit an abstract for presentation. All submitted abstracts are reviewed by the AEI Program and Review Committee for this meeting.

Contact Amy Johnson, ajohnson@facs.org or 312-202-5415, with any abstract submission questions.
