Mark Your Calendar with Key Dates for Clinical Congress 2025

It’s never too early to start planning ahead for Clinical Congress 2025—October 4–7 in Chicago, Illinois—which will once again feature the Saturday–Tuesday footprint. Convocation will be Saturday night, the Opening Ceremony will be Sunday morning, and the Exhibit Hall will be open Sunday–Tuesday.

Key dates leading up to Clinical Congress 2025 include:

• Now: Hotel reservations open
• December 16, 2024–March 3, 2025: Call for abstracts, videos, and History of Surgery posters
• Spring 2025: Registration opens (timeframe subject to change)
• July 1–August 1, 2025: Call for high-impact clinical trials and studies
• October 4–7: Clinical Congress 2025 in Chicago
