Military and civilian hospitals are invited to advance trauma response capabilities, share expertise, and develop new training opportunities that benefit both military personnel and civilian healthcare providers.

The new Bridging Forces portal from the Military Health System Strategic Partnership American College of Surgeons (MHSSPACS) connects military and civilian healthcare organizations to help streamline training opportunities and build lasting military-civilian partnerships (MCPs).

The Bridging Forces portal is designed to:

  • Educate both military and civilian parties on MCPs
  • Encourage the development of new military-civilian training partnerships to support innovation
  • Share best practices
  • Build a comprehensive approach to trauma care
