Register for the 2025 ACS TQIP Annual Conference in Chicago

The ACS invites all trauma surgeons and care teams to the 2025 ACS Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) Annual Conference. This year’s conference will be held November 8–10, in Chicago, Illinois, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel. Both in-person and on-demand attendance options are available, and registration is now open.

The 2025 theme, "Team Works," will focus on the importance of teams in topics ranging from intrateam conflict resolution, to expanding your team and ensuring the best patient outcomes, to using advanced technology in augmenting the team.

The popular TQIP Academy session returns this year, and a Verification, Review, and Consultation Academy session will debut. Education tracks include one for registry staff and another on leadership that is open to all. Attendees also can look forward to the highly anticipated Trauma Survivor and Keynote sessions and the opportunity to choose from more than 25 breakout sessions.
