Free Medical Student Program at Clinical Congress Offers Guidance for Aspiring Surgeons

Medical students considering a career in surgery take note: the ACS is providing a free Medical Student Program at Clinical Congress 2022 in San Diego, CA. Taking place October 16–18, the program is an opportunity for students to learn more about surgery, network, and get tips on applying to surgical residency programs.

Programming varies from day to day, and current medical students are welcome to attend all or select portions of the 3-day program. The program is free for ACS Medical Students who register in advance; nonmembers will be charged a nominal fee. Registration is required for both Clinical Congress and the Medical Student Program. Attendance is limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
