JACS Study Explores Risk of Cardiac Complication in Elderly Trauma Patients

A new study in the April issue of the Journal of the American College of Surgeons (JACS) found that coronary artery calcification, identified through chest computed tomography, has a significant correlation with cardiac complications in the geriatric trauma population.
