Who Should Attend and What's Included

Registration is open to all surgeons, academic and industry engineers, scientists, surgical educators, individuals in the healthcare field including industry, and those who are interested in simulation-based surgical education. Registration includes a name badge, program book, coffee breaks, lunch, and entrance to all sessions and exhibits.

Registration Details

Cancelation Policy

All meeting participants must notify ACS Registration Services to cancel their registration. A handling fee of $100 will be deducted for all cancellations. Refund requests must be received by e-mail no later than February 16, 2024. No refunds will be given thereafter. Credit card refunds will be processed as received; check refunds will be processed 3–4 weeks after the conclusion of the meeting.

Business attire is appropriate for all meeting sessions.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, screen capture, or audio recording taken by ACS or the person or entity designated to do so by ACS.
