Choose from one of the exhibit options below and reserve a space by February 21, 2025.

Option A: Tabletop Exhibit

$2,450 exhibit fee includes:

One 6-foot table
Two chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign
Registration for two representatives to attend the 2025 ACS Surgeons and Engineers meeting (Complimentary registrations cannot be used for abstract presenters)
Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, reception (tentative)
Acknowledged as an exhibitor on the PowerPoint slide during the ACS Surgeons and Engineers Meeting
Company logo and description featured in on-site exhibits guide
Acknowledged in final program book

Option B: Double Tabletop Exhibit

$4,900 exhibit fee includes:

Two 6-foot tables or one 6-foot table or space equivalent to a 6-foot table for equipment
Four chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign
Registration for four representatives to attend the 2025 ACS Surgeons and Engineers meeting (registration cannot be used for abstract presenters)
Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, reception (tentative)
Acknowledged as an exhibitor on the PowerPoint slide during the ACS Surgeons and Engineers Meeting
Company logo and description featured in on-site exhibits guide
Acknowledged in the final program book

Additional registrations are available to industry exhibitors for $400 each.

Please note:

No application will be processed without full payment of exhibit fees.
Exhibits will be preassigned, and spaces will be identified with a table sign prior to set-up.
Audiovisual, electrical, and internet services are available at the exhibitor's expense. Information will be provided in the exhibitor service manual.

*Exhibits must be staffed during exhibit hours. Any space not occupied by 8:00 am on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, will be forfeited by the exhibitor.

**Displays may not be dismantled or any packaging begun before 6:00 pm on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

COVID-19 Disclosure

In case of cancelation of the ACS Surgeons and Engineers meeting due to high risk of COVID-19 exposure, exhibitors will receive all exhibit space fees paid to ACS Surgeons and Engineers. ACS Surgeons and Engineers is not responsible for any fees paid to third parties.

Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their space sanitized. ACS Surgeons and Engineers will be responsible for sanitizing general areas of the exhibit hall and meeting space.

Cancelations and Refunds

Written notification of a space cancelation must be received by ACS on or before February 14, 2025 to be eligible for a refund. A $500 service charge will be assessed for each canceled space. No refunds will be given after February 9, 2025.

Liability

In the event the exhibition is canceled, postponed, or relocated on account of fire, strikes, government regulations, casualties, Acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of ACS, the exhibitor waives any and all damages and claim for damages and agrees that the sole liability of ACS shall be to return each exhibitors the exhibitors's rental payment

FDA Regulations

Exhibitors must abide by all applicable Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, including but not limited to any or all approved requirements. Exhibitors are reminded that the FDA prohibits the advertising or other promotion of investigational or unapproved drugs and devices and forbids the promotion of approved drugs or devices for unapproved uses.
