Exhibit Location

Exhibits will be located in ACS Headquarters, on the 28th floor. All meals, coffee breaks, and the reception will also be held in this area.

Choose from one of the exhibit options below and reserve a space by January 30, 2026

Option A: Tabletop Exhibit

$2,500 exhibit fee includes:

  • One 6-foot table
  • Two chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign
  • Registration for two representatives to attend the 2026 ACS Surgeons and Engineers meeting (Complimentary registrations cannot be used for abstract presenters)
  • Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, reception (tentative)
  • Acknowledged as an exhibitor on the PowerPoint slide during the ACS Surgeons and Engineers Meeting
  • Company logo and description featured in the on-site exhibits guide
  • Acknowledged in the final program book

Option B: Double Tabletop Exhibit

$5,000 exhibit fee includes:

  • Two 6-foot tables or one 6-foot table or space equivalent to a 6-foot table for equipment
  • Four chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign
  • Registration for four representatives to attend the 2026 ACS Surgeons and Engineers meeting (registration cannot be used for abstract presenters)
  • Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, reception (tentative)
  • Acknowledged as an exhibitor on the PowerPoint slide during the ACS Surgeons and Engineers Meeting
  • Company logo and description featured in on-site exhibits guide
  • Acknowledged in the final program book

Additional registrations are available to industry exhibitors for $400 each.

Please note:

  • No application will be processed without full payment of exhibit fees.
  • Exhibits will be preassigned, and spaces will be identified with a table sign prior to set-up.
  • Audiovisual, electrical, and internet services are available at the exhibitor's expense. Information will be provided in the exhibitor service manual.

Wednesday, March 11, 2026

Exhibit Hours | 7:00 am–5:00 pm

  • Registration and Exhibits | 7:00–8:00 am
  • Morning Break and Exhibits |10:15–10:30 am
  • Lunch | 12:00–1:00 pm
  • Afternoon Break and Exhibits | 3:00–3:15 pm

Exhibit Tear Down** | 5:15–6:00 pm

*Exhibits must be staffed during the exhibit hours. Any space not occupied by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, will be forfeited by the exhibitor.

**Displays may not be dismantled or any packing begun before 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

Cancelations and Refunds

Written notification of a space cancellation must be received by ACS on or before January 30, 2026, to be eligible for a refund. A $500 service charge will be assessed for each canceled space. No refunds will be given after January 30, 2026.

Force Majeure

The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, fire, epidemic, threatened or imminent strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, threats or terrorist attacks, or other similar occurrence beyond the control of the parties, making it illegal, impossible, or commercially impractical to carry on the Summit or fully perform the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated, or performance may be excused without penalty, for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other.

Exhibitors must abide by all applicable Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, including but not limited to any or all approved requirements. Exhibitors are reminded that the FDA prohibits the advertising or other promotion of investigational or unapproved drugs and devices and forbids the promotion of approved drugs or devices for unapproved uses.
