  2. Create your presentation and Complete Harvester Tasks
    Abstract Podium Presenters will have both an oral presentation as well as a poster presentation. The oral presentations will be held Saturday, August 1 from 4:30–5:30 pm and Sunday August 2 from 8:00–9:00 am. Your assigned time is listed in the Harvester portal.

The Abstract Poster Reception will be held on Saturday, August 1st from 5:30–7:30 pm in the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • PowerPoint should be kept to 7 slides (including your title and disclosure slide)
  • Videos and animations are not permitted
  • We cannot accommodate co-presenters in the online system
  • Please read the AV guidelines below for further information

Use the ACS QSCC PowerPoint template below. You will receive the link to upload your presentation closer to the conference dates from orchestrate@freemanco.com.

  2. Complete Harvester Presenter Tasks
    The Abstract Poster Reception will be held on Saturday, August 1 from 5:30–7:30 pm in the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

 

Poster Requirements
  • For publishing purposes, the poster upload must be a PDF file at the highest resolution possible. 
  • The complete poster is limited to one slide only. That means one single page for your PDF file.
  • The aspect ratio (ratio of width to height) should ideally be set to '16:9'
  • Fonts should be sans-serif (e.g., Arial, Calibri, etc.)
  • Minimum font size should not be smaller than 6pt
  • Your printed poster should measure 48 inches (width) by 36 inches (height).

You are responsible for printing your own poster and bringing it with you to the conference.
