1. Review & Confirm Invitation 
   To confirm your participation, please log in to the Conference Harvester using your personalized access key located in your email from acsqscc@facs.org. Within the Conference Harvester portal, you will also find several required tasks, including disclosure of financial relationships, media rights agreement, and more. Please note: completion of these items by their respective deadlines is required and may impact our ability to offer continuing education credit for your presentation(s).

2. Create your presentation and Complete Harvester Tasks
   Abstract Podium Presenters will have both an oral presentation as well as a poster presentation. The oral presentations will be held Saturday, August 1 from 4:30–5:30 pm and Sunday August 2 from 8:00–9:00 am. Your assigned time is listed in the Harvester portal.

The Abstract Poster Reception will be held on Saturday, August 1st from 5:30–7:30 pm in the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

• PowerPoint should be kept to 7 slides (including your title and disclosure slide)
• Videos and animations are not permitted
• We cannot accommodate co-presenters in the online system
• Please read the AV guidelines below for further information

Within the Poster Harvester portal, you will also find several required tasks, including disclosure of financial relationships, media rights agreement, and more. Please note that completion of these items by their respective deadlines is required and may impact our ability to showcase your poster.
2. Complete Harvester Presenter Tasks
   The Abstract Poster Reception will be held on Saturday, August 1 from 5:30–7:30 pm in the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

• For publishing purposes, the poster upload must be a PDF file at the highest resolution possible. 
• The complete poster is limited to one slide only. That means one single page for your PDF file.
• The aspect ratio (ratio of width to height) should ideally be set to '16:9'
• Fonts should be sans-serif (e.g., Arial, Calibri, etc.)
• Minimum font size should not be smaller than 6pt
• Your printed poster should measure 48 inches (width) by 36 inches (height).

You are responsible for printing your own poster and bringing it with you to the conference.
