How do I register for QSCC?

You can register on our website or visit the registration desk for on-site registration, located in the Regency Rotunda Foyer.

Is there a fee to register?

Yes. Please visit the website for full cost information or visit the registration desk on-site. 

What are the hours for the conference?

QSCC runs from Thursday, July 30–Sunday, August 2. All times are in ET.

  • Thursday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm (Preconference Workshops)
  • Friday, 8:00 am–8:00 pm
  • Saturday, 8:00 am–7:30 pm
  • Sunday, 8:00 am–11:00 am
Where can I find the conference agenda?

Printed agendas are available at the conference. Additionally, you may access the agenda on the QSCC website, and within the QSCC app under the Agenda Tile on the homepage.

How do I access the credit claiming site?

Login to the mobile app. There you can access credit claiming by selecting the Claim Credits tile on the top left corner of the home screen. Credit claiming and the app closes at 11:59 p.m. CT on October 2, 2026.

What credit types and amounts are available?

The available credit types and amounts are as follows:

Physician CME Credit
Maximum of 22.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits

Regulatory Mandates
Credits may apply toward the following regulatory mandates, including Patient Safety (19.25), Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (4.00), Cancer (4.00), Children’s Surgery (6.50), Geriatric Surgery (6.50), Vascular (2.00), and Emergency General Surgery (4.00).

Continuing Nursing Education 
The conference is approved for a maximum of 22.25 Continuing Nursing Education contact hours per attendee.

MOCA 2.0® Credit
A maximum of 14.00 credits may contribute to the Patient Safety CME component of the American Board of Anesthesiology’s MOCA 2.0®.

Oncology Data Specialist Credit
The conference is approved for a maximum of 4.00 CEIP hours through the National Cancer Registrars Association.

Where can I find the abstracts and posters, and for how long will they be available?

Posters can be viewed during the Abstract Poster and Exhibiting Reception on Saturday, August 1 from 5:30–7:30 p.m. located in the Regency Ballroom. Both the posters and associated abstracts can also be found on the mobile app under the Abstracts tile and will be available on the mobile app until the content closes at 11:59 pm CT on October 2, 2026.

What is the location and hours for the speaker ready room?

The speaker ready room is located in Blue Spring with the following hours:

  • Thursday, July 30, 7:00 am–5:00 pm
  • Friday, July 31, 6:30 am–6:00 pm
  • Saturday, August 1, 7:00 am–5:30 pm
  • Sunday, August 2, 7:00 am–11:00 am

The Speaker Ready Room is meant for Speakers to test and check their presentations. Speakers should’ve uploaded their Presentation under their Conference Harvester Tasks before July 24.

Presenters for the morning sessions should check into the SRR the day before their presentations. All presenters speaking in the afternoon are required to check into the SRR at least 2 hours prior to their session time. If you have a video or interactive presentation, speakers should check into the SRR at least 4 hours prior.
