What's New at Clinical Congress

Visa Invitation Letter Request

If you require a visa to attend, ACS will provide an official invitation letter to support your application. Based on current global visa wait times and depending on your country of residence, you may have to wait 6-9 months or more for an appointment. We recommend applying for your visa as early as possible to avoid delays.

Request a Visa Letter

Please note that most consulates and embassies, which fall under the US State Department, often do not consider attendance at a medical conference as a valid reason for requesting an expedited visa interview. For this reason, we are unable to contact embassies or consulates on your behalf. We strongly encourage you to begin your visa application process as soon as possible.

Plan Your DC Trip
