Little Medical School is an educational enrichment program prepared by board-certified physicians and educators that allows children the opportunity to explore the world of medicine, science, and health in an engaging and fun way. Available for children 3 years and older this optional programming is offered as an add-on to Camp ACS. The program will be held at the Marriott Marquis on Sunday, October 5, 9:00 am–12:00 pm, and is supervised by a licensed childcare provider.
Registration will open soon.
A lactation room will be available at the McCormick Place during the meeting. The room location will be confirmed in onsite navigational materials.
At no time are children of any age permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
All Clinical Congress attendees and their families are invited to join us during our new Saturday evening Welcome Reception. This event will blend Chicago’s renowned cuisine, vibrant culture, and stunning skyline with a celebration of the House of Surgery. It’s a perfect opportunity for surgeons in all disciplines to come together, enjoy camaraderie, and celebrate surgical excellence.
The new Welcome Reception combines the Saturday President’s Reception and Taste of the City, previously held on Tuesday.
International Fellows, guest physicians, and meeting attendees: The process of obtaining a visa to attend meetings in the US currently takes much longer than in prior years. You are strongly urged to apply for a visa as early as possible, preferably at least 90 days before the start of the meeting. View detailed information regarding obtaining a visa.
You may request a letter from the College welcoming you to the meeting when you register online for the meeting or by emailing clinconreg@facs.org.
A prayer room will be available at the McCormick Place during the meeting and open during registration hours. The room location will be confirmed in onsite navigational materials.
