These videos are designed to provide crucial information, foster comfort and confidence in the changes, and ease transition to the new standards.
This session provides a brief history of the Resources Manual, an overview of the revision process, and the key considerations used to revise the standards. The site visit schedule for the implementation of the 2022 Resources Manual is also included in this session.
This session provides an overview of the ACS Accreditation/Verification Program alignment and recaps the goals of the revision process. This session also walks a participant through the standards manual by pointing out the Background, Foreword, Levels of Trauma Care, and VRC Process sections in the Resources Manual.
