  • Conference Calls/Web Conferences. ACS may have conference calls and/or web conferences to conduct training on relevant topics such as the use of TQIP data for performance improvement and data quality issues and to present report results to participants. The Collaborative Admin will have access to these calls/web conferences.
  • ACS may be available to attend collaborative trauma system meetings, at the request of the Collaborative Admin, and depending on availability.

Data Accrual

ACS will accept TQIP data submissions from individual hospitals that are fully enrolled in TQIP.

Clinical Performance Improvement Reports

These reports include but are not limited to:

  • Annual Reports including:
    • Risk-adjusted outcomes reports showing the Collaborative Group aggregate and the Collaborative Group’s individual hospital performance. Hospitals participating in the Collaborative Group may be identified with individual hospital permission.
    • Additional collaborative reports are available for an extra fee at the Collaborative Admin’s request and ACS written approval.
  • New report development as deemed appropriate by ACS
  • Access to TQIP analytic reporting tools as appropriate
  • TQIP Participant Use File
