An early bird discount of $300 is available until June 12, 2026.

An additional 10x10 space can be added to any level for $2,800 ($2,400 until Early-Bird Deadline), which includes two (2) exhibitor badges.

A deposit of $1,000 per booth must accompany the application. No applications will be processed without a deposit.

All levels include:

  • Entry into the scientific sessions* 
  • Complimentary breakfast and refreshments during breaks, and lunch on Saturday

*Exhibitors are not eligible to claim CE/CME for scientific sessions. If exhibit representatives would like to claim CE/CME for the conference, they must also register as an attendee.

Booths must be staffed during exhibit hours. The exhibitor will forfeit any space not occupied by 2:00 pm. on Friday, November 13. Displays may not be dismantled or packing begun before 9:00 am. on Sunday, November 15.

General Exhibit Information

Cancellation, Refunds, and Terms of Payment

Full exhibit booth payment must be received by Friday, August 21, 2026. The application must accompany a deposit of $1,000 per booth. No applications will be processed without a deposit. 

To be eligible for a refund, the ACS must receive written notification of space cancellation on or before Friday, August 21, 2026. Cancellations will incur a $500 fee.

No refunds will be given after Friday, August 21, 2026.

Room Rate: $279 single/double per night plus taxes

The sales tax rate is 7.75%, and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 15% + 2% ATID assessment + $1.70 Resort Assessment Fee.

Exhibitors are responsible for making their hotel reservations.

Reservation Deadline

The hotel reservation deadline for the Hyatt Regency is October 19, 2026, or when the room block fills up, whichever occurs first. Reservations made after October 19, 2026, are subject to availability and rate.

Please note that all reservations will require a credit card for guaranteed arrival. Guests must cancel their rooms 72 hours before check-in to avoid being charged one night’s room and tax.

Hotel Cancelation

Any guaranteed reservation not canceled more than 72 hours before arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancelation fee. In the event a guest who has requested a room checks out before the reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee equal to one night’s room and tax to that individual’s account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay.
