Reservations can be made online by using the link above or by phone at 205-324-5000. When booking by phone, ask for the ACS Committee on Trauma room block. Please note that all reservations will require a credit card guarantee for arrival.  

Guest rooms must be reserved by Thursday, February 19, 2026, to secure group rate and availability. Reservations made after this date, or when the room block fills, are subject to space and rate availability.

Hilton Hotel Cancelation and Early Departure Policy

Cancelations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a penalty of one (1) night’s room and tax charges. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee of one (1) night’s room and tax charges should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Early Departure Fee—if a guest checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee to the guest’s individual account of one night’s room and tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
