Registration Is Open
As space is limited, conference registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. A separate registration is required for each attendee. All attendees are required to pay a $175 administrative fee and $575 for registration. The $575 registration fee is waived for the first two (2) employees to register from each site enrolled in an ACS NSQIP, ACS NSQIP Pediatric, MBSAQIP, or CSV program. Residents are also eligible for the $575 registration fee waiver but must provide a valid verification letter from their program director before their registration will be confirmed. Verification letters should be provided at the time of registration. There is an additional $135 charge for each of the Friday morning Preconference Workshops.
Attendees are not officially registered for the conference until registration and payment have been received.
The scientific program—scheduled in discipline- and theme-based tracks—will focus specifically on the needs of various learner groups and ACS Quality Programs. Relevant tracks are listed and highlighted by color at the end of the session descriptions. If tracks are not listed, the sessions are applicable to all attendees.
ADU = ACS NSQIP Adult
CS = ACS NSQIP Pediatric and Children’s Surgery Verification
GER = Geriatric
MB = MBSAQIP
TR = Trainee (i.e., Residents, Medical Students)
