American College Of Surgeons - Inspiring Quality: Highest Standards, Better Outcomes

Deadline Extended: ACS Cancer Programs Educational Needs Assessment Survey

Dear Cancer Leaders:

The American College of Surgeons (ACS) Cancer Programs has partnered with The Learning Studio to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment of the education and training offered to the Commission on Cancer (CoC), National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), and National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC) accredited programs and centers.

The goal of this project is to deliver the type of education and training you and your program leaders need to successfully comply with the accreditation standards for delivering high quality care. The needs assessment will be used to identify the gaps in both content and delivery methods within our current educational and training programs and to develop strategies to address these gaps.

We are interested in gathering feedback from both physician and non-physician leaders in CoC, NAPBC, and NAPRC-accredited programs and centers, so please share this email with all members of the cancer committee, breast program leadership committee, and the rectal cancer multidisciplinary team. Thank you in advance for taking 10 minutes to complete the survey. The survey deadline has been extended to Friday, May 29, 2020, so please complete the survey as soon as possible.

We are grateful for your participation in the needs assessment survey which will help us to improve our educational programming for all Cancer Programs constituents.

If you have any questions or technical issues with the survey, please contact The Learning Studio at 630-936-3068. For questions about Cancer Programs Education, please email cancerprogramevents@facs.org.

Thank you.
