NAPRC - Case Studies and Process Improvement: Promoting Success in NAPRC Programs

In this course, participants will better understand how to develop problem statements and learn a quick test to evaluate their own problem statements. Data sources will be discussed and a brief overview of QI methodology and tools will be provided. NAPRC leaders will then engage in a roundtable of current QI questions and issues, and resources for beginning a QI project will be shared.
