Dr. Sarmad Ali, MBBS, is a dedicated surgical professional with a strong background in surgery and allied specialties. He earned his medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical University and has further honed his expertise through the Intercollegiate MRCS Part A from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and FCPS Part-1 in Surgery & Allied from the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Currently serving as a Resident Surgeon at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, Dr. Ali has gained substantial experience in surgical oncology, trauma care, and emergency medicine through his roles at prestigious institutions, including Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Al-Shifa Hospital. His clinical skills encompass advanced surgical wound care, central venous line insertion, pleurocentesis, and intricate suturing techniques. Dr. Ali is an accomplished researcher with publications in peer-reviewed journals addressing critical topics such as clinicopathological outcomes in early-stage tongue squamous cell carcinoma, mitomycin C efficacy in urinary pH, and left ventricular hypertrophy patterns in chronic kidney disease patients. He also actively contributes as a peer reviewer for journals like *Cureus* and *Health Science Reports*. As a Resident Member of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Ali is deeply committed to advancing surgical standards, evidence-based practices, and patient safety.
