MBBCh 2016, MSc Global Health 2024, I’m an Egyptian ophthalmology resident! I’m currently an Advisory Council for Ophthalmic Surgery member by representing RAS (2023 - 2026)! I am privileged to have been assigned as the RAS Egypt Chapter Representative (2022 - 2025) and to be alongside the respectable Egypt Chapter Leaders. I am also a proud member of the Global Surgery Committee (GSC) and I lead the event/webinars and hangouts! I am here to make the voices of Ophthalmic Surgery residents from every single part of the world heard! I believe in the importance of advocacy, equity and the power of networking!
