Biography

Dr. Paulo Andrés Escobar Rincón is a Dual Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon (IBCFPRS & EBCPFRS) and Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (ENT) specialist, licensed to practice in Spain, Colombia, and the UAE: Abu Dhabi (DOH) and Dubai (DHA). Recognized as one of the leading rhinoplasty surgeons in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, he combines surgical precision with advanced techniques to deliver natural and lasting results. Dr. Escobar obtained his M.D. at the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, followed by ENT residency training at Móstoles University Hospital in Madrid. He later pursued a prestigious Fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery with Dr. Fernando Pedroza in Bogotá, Colombia — one of the most recognized programs in Latin America. He is a Diplomate of the International Board for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (IBCFPRS) and has pioneered techniques in nasal tip surgery, published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal (2018). Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Escobar is the founder and chairman of the Bogotá Hands-On Course and the Miami Hands-On Course, both dedicated to advanced training in rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery. He is also founding member and current president of Facialis Academy, an international platform for education in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. As an International Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, Dr. Escobar has been invited as a speaker at leading international congresses in the United States, Europe, and South America.
