Andres Megchun Alpizar, MD FACS

Dr. Andres Megchun Alpizar exercises his medical practice in the state of Chiapas, Mexico and is duly certified to practice Bariatric Surgery endorsed by national associations such as AMCG, AMCE and CMCOEM and international associations such as AMSBS, ACS and IFSO. He graduated from TEC de Monterrey with a medical degree, studied his specialty at the General Hospital of Mexico in Mexico City and also has international courses at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas, Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery in San Antonio Texas, Digestive Endoscopy in Habana Cuba and Bariatric Surgery at the ISSSTE November 20 Hospital in Mexico City. With excellent results he is a pioneer of Bariatric Surgery in his region.
