Jyoti D. Chouhan, DO FACS

Jyoti Chouhan, DO, PharmD completed her medical degree and urology residency training at The University of North Texas Health Science Center and SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, respectively. This was followed by a GURS fellowship in male reconstructive urology at Wake Forest Medical Center in North Carolina. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland.
