William Numa, MD, F.A.C.S is a double board certified Facial and Plastic Surgeon. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as Diplomat of the American Academy of Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Numa completed his residency training in Head and Neck Surgery at Tufts Medical Center and advanced subspecialty fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Tulane University and the Hedgewood Surgical Center. He maintains academic affiliation as a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. He also lectures residents at Tufts University and Boston University Medical School. Dr. Numa is a recipient of the Collin Karmody Resident Achievement Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in head and neck surgery. He is coauthor and editor of the first edition and upcoming second edition book, “Master Techniques in Rhinoplasty”.
