Biography

Dr. Denise Barajas is the medical director of the Hewitt Center for Breast Wellness. She has over twenty years of experience and has focused her career to improving care for breast cancer patients. She serves as the director of the Center for Cancer Care and Hewitt Center for Breast Wellness at Griffin Hospital, modeling these center on the standards of the Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers. Her interest lies in continuing to focus on providing excellent care for patients with breast disease, with attention to formulating an individualized treatment plan for each patient while maintaining adherence to quality standards.
