Biography

Glenn Ault, MD, MSEd., is the Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Administration (LAC+USC Medical Center) for the Keck School of Medicine of USC. Dr. Ault received his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College, his medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, and a Master of Science in education from the University of Southern California. Dr. Ault, a Professor of Surgery is an associate program director for the General Surgery residency and is the past program director of the Colorectal Surgery fellowship. Dr. Ault is currently on the steering committee for the ACS’s Second Surgery Curriculum. Dr. Ault served in the Association of Program Directors in Colorectal Surgery as in-service examination chair, and later as its President from 2015-2017. He was appointed to the Residency Review Committee in Colon and Rectal Surgery of the ACGME in 2017, and currently serves as the vice-chair. He has served as the written examination chair to the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery since 2016 and is the current President of the ABCRS.
