YFA welcomes new Initiates and Fellows 45 years old or younger, or those “young at heart,” to our annual YFA Program at Clinical Congress. The program includes an overview of activities by the current Chair and Vice-Chair, a roundtable discussion, updates from YFA workgroups, and a networking reception for new Initiates and young Fellows to interact with leadership.

YFA Speed Mentoring

YFA Speed Mentoring

The YFA invites Young Fellows of the College to engage as mentors at the YFA Speed Mentoring Program to be held Clinical Congress. Each of 100 young surgeon mentors will meet with mentees in a fast paced hour-long event focused on topics identified by the mentee.
