ACS webinars are for young surgeons who are starting their practice in private or academic surgical medicine. Take a deep dive into career path choices and strategies, best practices for navigating the career ladder, and managing personal life and wellness.
Surgeons as Leaders: From Operating Room to Boardroom Course
The annual Surgeons as Leaders course is an annual, dynamic three-day course for surgeons of all backgrounds and specialties who currently serve in leadership positions or aspire to such positions, and who seek to enhance their leadership skills across a wide variety of settings, from operating room to boardroom.
Realize the Potential of Your Profession
The ACS campaign, "Realize the Potential of Your Profession," focuses on communicating the value of membership and Fellowship to young surgeons. The campaign uses multiple communications channels, including videos, social media, and in-person networking events to engage this important group.
