AMP Joins AJCC as New Member Organization

The Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP) has joined the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) as a new member organization. The AMP, founded in 1995, is a not-for-profit scientific society that advances the clinical practice, science, and excellence of molecular and genomic laboratory medicine through education, innovation, and advocacy to enable the highest quality healthcare. The AMP joins more than 20 other AJCC member organizations that are involved in cancer epidemiology, patient care, cancer control, cancer registration, professional organization education, research, and biostatistics.

New Prostate Cancer Awareness Month Marketing Tools Available

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. According to the American Cancer Society Cancer Facts & Figures 2023, there will be an estimated 288,300 new cases of prostate cancer diagnosed in the US and 34,700 men will die from the disease this year.
