CSSP Webinar Thank You: Technical Standards for Breast Cancer Surgery Webinar

The Technical Standards for Breast Cancer Surgery: Utilizing Operative Standards in a Changing Clinical Landscape webinar discussed the evidence-based operative standards for the performance of partial mastectomy, total mastectomy, axillary lymphadenectomy, and sentinel lymphadenectomy as outlined in the Operative Standards for Cancer Surgery (OSCS) Volume 1.

On September 25, the webinar and 1.0 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit will be available through the ACS Learning Management System (LMS).

Instructions for finding the course in LMS:

  • Website address: Learning.facs.org
  • Logging in to LMS – If you have access to the CoC, National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) or NAPRC portals, use that login. If you do not, create a new account.
  • The course can be found in the catalog tab by title (CSSP: Technical Standards for Breast Cancer Surgery: Utilizing Operative Standards in a Changing Clinical Landscape).
  • Registration for the course is required.
  • After registration is complete, you must access the course to see the video, slide handout, evaluation and print the CME certificate of completion.
  • Transcripts in the LMS will have all completed courses certificates of completion.
  • If you receive an error message in the LMS, log out of the LMS, clear your computer’s internet history, and log back in.
