2024 ACS Cancer Conference: Improving Cancer Care for All

September 5, 2024

During the 2024 ACS Cancer Conference: Improving Cancer Care for All in Austin, Texas, keynote speaker James L. Gulley, MD, PhD, FACP, provided a national perspective on emerging cancer treatments and prevention efforts. Register to view the full keynote presentation by Dr. Gulley and more from the conference, which is now available on the ACS Learning Management System (LMS). This course, which reviews changes to accreditation standards, services and resources available to cancer programs, and important future developments available to accredited cancer programs, offers 15.25 CME/CNE/CE education credits. The content will be available until December 31, 2024.

2024 Optimal Resources for Breast Care is also available on the LMS.

New Prostate Cancer Awareness Month Marketing Tools Available

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. According to the American Cancer Society Cancer Facts & Figures 2023, there will be an estimated 288,300 new cases of prostate cancer diagnosed in the US and 34,700 men will die from the disease this year.
