Positive Feedback for New Summary Email Receipts of Call for Data Submissions

Early feedback suggests that the new email receipt of submission (see example below), implemented this year for the first time during the annual call for data, was well-received. At least some of you have reported using the email receipt as a way of communicating with program administrators and leaders regarding the work performed by the local registry staff, while others have expressed appreciation for  having the summary record for future accreditation site visits. 

We are grateful for everyone who contributed to this effort and offer a special thanks to the site reviewers who brought this request to our attention, the NCDB staff who brought together all the information, data, and logistics needed to produce the receipts, and to all of you who implemented this new tool and provided feedback.

By now you are probably familiar with the new email summary of submissions that is provided for your hospital and sent to your Cancer Committee Chair as well as to your Registrar and Co-Registrar.  These data and additional details can also be found in your RCRS Uploader.  This is a handy receipt that can be used during CoC site visits, so we are suggesting that you keep a copy of it on file for future reference.
